Our purpose as RDs directly contributes to the mission of PACE by providing high quality, evidence-based nutrition care in order to help keep our participants independent in the community and out of the hospital and nursing home. This is a unique role in the world of dietetics as it is the perfect combination of clinical and community nutrition with flexibility and opportunities for growth!
Job Summary: Under the general direction of the Clinical Nutrition Manager, the Registered Dietitian (RD) implements the Nutrition Care Process (NCP) through the completion of comprehensive nutrition assessments, determination of the nutrition diagnosis, development and implementation of evidence-based nutrition intervention(s), and evaluation of participant progress.
