Combination Foods:
Stuffed Peppers -Punjene paprike (meat and vegetable)
Steamed Lamb with Cabbage - Peccena jagnjetina sakupusom (meat and vegetable)
Stuffed Grape Leaves - Sarma vinovom lischu (meat and grain)
Hot Potatoe Salad
Eat it as a appetizer..
6 Medium Potatoes
1 Cup Celery
2 Tablespoons Parsley
1 Onion
4 Tablespoons Salad Oil
4 Tablespoons Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Salt
1/2 Tablespoon Pepper
1/2 Tablespoon Paprika
Boil 6 medium potatoes until done, but firm. Peel and slice very thin. Place in a buttered baking dish. Sprinkle in one cup finely chopped celery, two tablespoons of finely chopped parsley, and one chopped onion. Mix four tablespoons salad oil, four tablespoons vinegar, one tablespoon salt, one half tablespoons of pepper, and one half tablespoons of paprika. Pour over all, cover and heat in oven about fifteen minutes.
